COROPORATE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Before we get started:

• You are applying for membership of Barons Speakeasy. If accepted, you agree to be bound by the rules of the club.
• All of your personal information shall be treated in confidence.
• A recent and clear picture will be needed for your profile pictures.
• A nomination from a current member is not required but encouraged.
• Applicants without a recommendation from a current member may be asked to meet with our membership team.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of acceptance.
• Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
• This form will take around ten minutes to complete.
